Our All Inclusive packages include interactive fresh scoop service with professional attendant(s), custom menu curation and signage, all the essentials (cups, spoons, napkins), and 20 mile travel radius from Villa Park, IL.

If requested, we can coordinate directly with your venue or planner to make for stress-free planning.

Opportunities for customization include cart rebranding, labeled “signature flavors” (think signature cocktails), custom stickered cups, and more.

  • Standard taxes and 3.99% electronic processing fees apply.

  • We accept cash to avoid processing fees.

  • “Unlimited Gelato” ONLY applies when packages are purchased for the entire guest count.

  • 50% of your total invoice is required as a deposit to secure your date.

  • Remaining payments are required to be paid before service.

CART Accessibility REQUIREMENTS

  • Gelato carts cannot travel up/down stairs or over any dirt, gravel, or grass. Clients must guarantee a flat paved surface at least 32” wide.

  • Gelato carts require minimum clearance of 32” wide and 78” tall for any doorways, pathways, entrances, or exits.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring that the cart can enter and exit the venue. As well as ensuring we have a designated service area with a flat paved surface.

  • Our staff may not be able to push the cart up or down steep hills or driveways; our carts have minimum weights of 400 & 700 lbs.

  • The Grandioso XL Canopy is extended for service at 8 foot 6 inches tall.

  • Gelato carts cannot make sharp turns in narrow hallways or ramps.
