-Here at Jesse’s gelato, we can craft your favorite flavor!

What areas do you service?

-We primarily service dupage, cook county & the city of Chicago. We are able to travel for any event. Additional travel fee applies 15 miles from HQ.

Do you have any service limitations?

-We are unable to travel over grass or up stairs. Special accommodations may be required. A paved surface is necessary. Parking must be available to accommodate a vehicle and trailer.

Are you a Preferred Vendor with any venue?

-We are preferred vendors with : Gibson’s Oakbrook, Warehouse 109 Plainfield, & Ravisloe Country Club Plainfield

Are there any other fees on top of what is listed?

-All prices have standard taxes added. Card convenience fee applies when using card.

Are you able to service indoor events?

-Our mobile cart is available for indoor events! Please contact for cart measurements.

Do you charge travel fees?

-The first 20 miles from our HQ in Villa Park are included in our service fee.

Extended Rates:

0-99 miles: $5/mile

100+:$7/mile

Do you offer custom topping options?

-We are partnered with La Petite Bakery in Elmhurst! They can provide custom printed macarons to replace our waffle pizelle toppers! (Billed directly to Lapetite)

Do you make your own Gelato?

-Yes! we craft our gelato style ice cream with premium all natural ingredients! Taste the difference for yourself!

How do I book your services?

Will your gelato melt during service?

-Our cart is equipped with cold plates. They act as a supreme insulator to maintain a consistent, low temperature throughout the freezer.

Do you offer Branding Solutions?

-Yes! We love providing custom branding solutions for your business event, tradeshow, wedding, birthday etc. Prices vary. XL Front cart panel starts at $200 installed.
